What is the statutory definition of a 'higher-risk building'?
A higher-risk building (HRB) is defined as a building in England that: is at least 18m in height or has at least 7 storeys; and contains at least 2 residential units. A Building Safety Case Report (BSCR) is a mandatory requirement for all HRB’s to submit to the report to Building Safety Regulator (part of HSE) in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
With the proactive engagement of all parties, we can facilitate a draft BSC report within 3 weeks of inspection.
Subject to Terms and conditions. The minimum fee included below is for a residential block up to 15,000 sq. ft
